Julie Moran has 30 years of experience recruiting top talent to high-tier firms, including industry leaders such as McDonalds Corp., Rush Health and Federal Home Loan Bank. Julie founded JBM after serving on the Senior Recruitment Team at McDonald’s Corporation for over eight years, prior to which she spent eight years in Human Resources at Enesco Corporation.
In 2004, Julie started the firm on her own with McDonald’s Corporation as her primary client. Since then, JBM has continually expanded, and the firm now supports a growing and diverse client base. Julie’s team of seasoned professionals has helped grow JBM into one of the most well respected retained recruitment firms in the Chicagoland region. JBM’s clients are the direct beneficiaries of the firm’s huge network of business leaders, all of whom help JBM pinpoint the very best candidates for any given role.
Nicole Elliott joined JBM in 2013 after working for Eli Lilly & Co in Finance, Clinical Research, Global Medical Quality and Management. She is an Executive Search Consultant focusing on healthcare, finance, and administration roles. Nicole has a unique analytical, personal and technical approach that results in optimal candidates who match both the position specifications and company culture. Nicole also manages JBM Operations, including the website maintenance, communications, marketing, and job description management.
Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with high honors from the University of Illinois - Urbana/Champaign.
Beth joined JBM in 2011 and brought with her over 11 years of experience in HR staffing and professional sourcing. Prior to joining JBM, Beth worked in Human Resources at Heller Financial, Nestlé USA, and the Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, specializing in recruitment, compensation, benefits and employee relations. She earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from DePaul University.
Beth has a passion for her clients and gets to know her candidates well, resulting in quality hires. She loves tracking down top-quality candidates whose mission and values mirror those of her clients.
Ellen has 17 years of management experience in retail and direct sales. She joined JBM in 2021 as a Recruitment Coordinator, sourcing high quality candidates as well as scheduling and recruiting.
Ellen earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
